I think one of the things we hate the most is exhaustion. Especially when we go to bed at a decent hour at night. I think I sleep well, my fitbit says we got about 7 hours of sleep, and yet I wake up exhausted. I hate it so much.
We tend to run ragged for weeks. Self-care is not our strong point. Eventually, it will catch up. So that is what I have been trying to do, more time to relax and take care of us. That is where I am at this moment in life. Not neglecting my blog, just taking some needed rest.
